Create policy for automatic backup
Automatic backup is a useful feature when using the Cloud Backup service. You won’t have to worry about the number of backup versions filling up memory, when to delete backups, or what time is appropriate for backups… Everything will be automated through policy.
Policy is considered a property of the machine; when creating a machine, you need to create a new policy or select an existing policy for it.
How to create a Policy
Step 1: The policy creation dialog appears when creating a machine; select Add Policy:
Step 2: In the Add Policy dialog, fill in the necessary information:

: Name Policy: The identifier name of the policy2
: Number of Backup stored: The number of backup versions to keep. If a new backup exceeds the storage limit, the system will automatically delete the oldest backup.3
: Description: A description for the policy4
: Schedule Backup: The backup frequency of the policy. Available options:hourly
