SMS Alerts

Currently, Bizfly Cloud Watcher supports customers receiving alerts via SMS. This feature is a paid service based on the number of SMS purchased. The price for each SMS used to receive alerts is: 850 VND/SMS.

Based on actual needs, depending on urgency and necessity, SMS will only support receiving alerts according to the continuous repetition of alerts with the status ALARM, CRITICAL, DOWN. Therefore, the SMS method is often used in conjunction with other alert receiving methods to achieve the best effectiveness and cost optimization.

Users need to have an SMS balance to receive alerts through the phone number created for the recipient.

Additionally, to ensure continuous SMS reception, Bizfly Cloud Watcher also supports automatic SMS purchasing to maintain the service according to customer needs and settings.

Note: The automatic SMS purchasing feature is only executed when the system sends alerts to the phone number and the customer’s account balance at the time of receiving the alert is sufficient to purchase additional SMS.
