The SRV (Service) record is a DNS data specification used to locate specific services within a domain, such as the hostname and port number for servers offering the designated service. It is defined in RFC 2782. In the example below, you are declaring that within the postman.fun domain, there is an LDAP server at ldap01.postman.fun that can communicate via the TCP protocol on port 389.
