Quick Start
Access to Dashboard of IAM Service
Here you have 2 options to start with IAM V2
Select 1: Initialize a new project (project)
Click the button Create a new project.
Then enter the project information such as project name, description to create
Select 2: Using projects (projects) default or project (project) has been created before
After creating a project ( project ) successfully, a new project ( project ) will be displayed under the list as the Owner of the project.
After creating a successful project, choose to visit a service of Bizfly Cloud, look at the header bar, you will see the project list ( project )
Click on the project tab and select the project ( project ) that you want to transfer ( switch ), now you have converted to another project with private resources, similar to how to do region
Membership Management
Option 1:
Back to Project List ( project ), click on a project ( project ) if you want to see details of the members of the project then click User List. In the detailed display frame will display details of the members and their role in that project ( project ).
Option 2:
Back to Dashboard of IAM Service, click User Manager. In the detailed display frame will display details of members and projects (projects) they have been invited.
Click on the name of the user you want to see, then the system will display the details of the projects that the user is invited in with the information about the role ( role ) is attached to the project.
Add members
Adding new members to project also has 2 choices.
Option 1:
Back to Project List ( project ), click on a project ( project ) if you want to add more members and click List of Users. In the detailed display frame, click Add User.
This system will display the information form to invite the user to your project. Fill in information like the user’s email you want to invite, choose the Role for them.
Option 2:
Back to Dashboard of IAM Service, click on User Manager. In the detailed display frame, click Invite User.
At this point the system will display the form of filling information to invite the user to your project. Fill in information like the user’s email you want to invite, choose the Role for them. Also you need to select additional projects you want to invite.
Note: The user you want to invite to register in your system Bizfly Cloud
For Role:

Owner:

Have full authority to manipulate resources in the project.

Invite members to participate in project

Role management of members of the project and delete members from the project

Delete project

Maintainer:

Have full authority to manipulate resources in the project.

Invite members to participate in project

Role management of members of the project and delete members from the project (except owner)

Member:
- Have full authority to manipulate resources in the project.

Reader:
- Have the right to view resources in project.
In addition to the default roles, currently IAM Service of Bizfly Cloud also supports users Create Custom (Create a Role with the prescribed autonomy)
After adding a successful member, detailed information will be displayed as the following shown, in which with the green user icon showing that the member account has been active, and the gray user shows that the member has not been active. In order for that active user, the invited member requires to be confirmed after receiving the mail by clicking the Active link included in the mail.
Note: This Active link will expire after 6h from the time of invitation. You can invite the user to the project when the active link expires.
When the user has not done verify active.
After the user has confirmed the invitation to participate in the project ( project ) successfully, the member status information will turn green.
At this time, the invited user was able to use the resources of Bizfly Cloud in the Project they were invited.
To remove a member from the project, look for the right corner button of the member list and confirm, a mail message will send to the member’s email that has just been deleted from the project and that member will not see the project ( project ) as well as access that project anymore.
