1. Conditions for participating in Bizfly Cloud’s affiliate program

When participating in the Affiliate Marketing program at Bizfly Cloud, you need to comply with several important regulations to ensure transparent and effective product and service promotion:

  • Do not provide false information about products/services: All marketing content must accurately reflect Bizfly Cloud’s products and services. We strictly prohibit distorting information to attract customers, as this can negatively impact brand reputation.
  • Do not use brand keywords or misleading keywords in advertising: Bizfly Cloud does not allow running advertisements on Google Ads, Facebook, or other platforms using direct brand-related keywords such as: “Bizfly Cloud”, “BIZFLY CLOUD”, “BizflyCloud” or intentionally misspelled variants. These behaviors will be considered policy violations.
  • Do not place banners or promotional content on inappropriate websites: Placing banners, images, or marketing content on websites with unwholesome content, related to gambling, betting, racial discrimination, or violating public morality is strictly prohibited.

⚠ Note: In case of violation or intentional violation of these regulations, at its discretion, Bizfly Cloud reserves the right to terminate cooperation, refuse payment, or reduce commission, and consider these commissions as “invalid”.

2. Commission calculation and payment methods

5% commission on each deposit

You will receive a 5% commission on the total amount deposited by customers when they register and deposit money into Bizfly Cloud through your affiliate link.

Commission recognition conditions

Commission will be recorded when customers you refer make their first bill payment on Bizfly Cloud’s system.

Commission will be received within 6 months

Commission will be calculated for you within 6 months from when customers first register their account through your affiliate link. During this period, you will receive commission for each deposit they make.

Commission payment schedule

Commission will be approved when you request a withdrawal, and the approval period is from the 15th to the 20th of each month, based on your total commission earned in the previous month and ensuring a minimum of 500,000 VND. After approval, the payment will be transferred to your bank account.

3. Commission payment methods

On the Affiliate Management page, you can track your performance details with the following information:

  • Available balance: Total available commission, withdrawable when reaching minimum 500,000 VND.
  • Pending: Commission amount under review before bank account withdrawal.
  • Received: Total commission you have received.
  • Invited accounts list: Shows accounts registered through your link, including registration time and total commission received from each account.
  • Commission history: Detailed list of recorded commissions.
  • Withdrawal history: Transactions withdrawn to your bank account.

Commission withdrawal process

When the available balance reaches a minimum of 500,000 VND, you can withdraw commission by clicking the “Send withdrawal request now” button.

After the withdrawal request is sent, Bizfly Cloud will verify account information and approve commission payment according to the Commission payment schedule mentioned above.

Tax obligations note

Bizfly Cloud will deduct personal income tax before paying the bonus to affiliates - tax rate according to current legal regulations.

In Bizfly Cloud’s affiliate program, Cookies have a validity period of up to 60 days.

What are cookies and why are they important?

Cookies are small text files stored by web servers on users’ devices, helping websites remember information and identify their activities. In affiliate marketing, cookies play a crucial role in identifying referral sources, ensuring the system can properly credit marketers for successful customer transactions.

How cookies work in the affiliate program

  • When customers click your affiliate link, a cookie is stored on their device.
  • If customers don’t register immediately but return later (within 60 days) and complete registration, you still receive commission.
  • Example: If customer A clicks your link and registers after 30 days, you still get the commission.

Last-click rule

The system applies the “Last-click” rule, meaning if a customer clicks another person’s affiliate link after clicking yours, commission will be credited to the person with the last click.

5. How to use affiliate marketing

First, access Affiliate Marketing.

Copy the link and send it to new customers to access and register.

After customers access your link and complete registration, they will appear in the invited accounts list. Here you can view the list of invited accounts, commission history, and withdrawal history.
