Personal information collected by Bizfly Cloud will be kept confidential and secured based on the principles stated in this privacy policy.

When customers access and use the Bizfly Cloud system (including online service registration), Bizfly Cloud understands that customers have fully agreed to the terms of this privacy policy.

1. Personal information provided by customers

When customers provide necessary information, Bizfly Cloud will use that information to meet customer requirements, or Bizfly Cloud may contact customers via email, text message, or phone to introduce new products - services, new promotional programs from Bizfly Cloud. Additionally, by providing information to Bizfly Cloud, customers understand and accept the collection and use of the above personal information for certain purposes of the Bizfly Cloud system.

Information provided by customers will be stored in Bizfly Cloud’s database, which means customers have fully agreed and accepted that their personal information provided to Bizfly Cloud will be stored on the system.

If customers register to use Bizfly Cloud’s products - services or send feedback, Bizfly Cloud may contact customers to request additional information necessary for processing or completing customer requests, and this personal information will be kept confidential. Bizfly Cloud will not provide this information to any third party without customer permission, except when required by applicable law.

Bizfly Cloud commits to protecting customers’ personal information and will not sell customers’ personal information to other companies for any purpose.

2. Use of personal information

Bizfly Cloud may use customers’ personal information in the following specific cases:

• Confirm payments and support services.

• Notify customers about service renewals.

• Introduce new Bizfly Cloud products - services.

• Notify about promotional programs or provide other information via email. If customers don’t want to receive emails, they can opt out at any time by contacting Bizfly Cloud through the support system.

• Survey programs aimed at improving service quality.

3. Email information

When registering for services, the email address provided by customers will be used as a tool for exchanging information with customers. Therefore, customers need to ensure the email address they provided is useful throughout their service usage.

Bizfly Cloud may send confidential information via email or receive customer support requests. In case customers no longer use the provided email, they must notify Bizfly Cloud about this change.

To protect customers’ personal information, Bizfly Cloud may temporarily suspend accepting requests via customer-provided email if fraud or unusual information is detected until Bizfly Cloud can contact customers for confirmation.

4. Adjusting collected information

Bizfly Cloud will proactively or upon customer request supplement, correct personal information data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not updated while customers are still connected to Bizfly Cloud’s operations.

5. External links on Bizfly Cloud’s Website

Bizfly Cloud’s website may contain links to other websites placed for introduction or supplementary related information for customer reference. Bizfly Cloud is not responsible for the content or behavior of any other websites.

6. Customer information security

Since there are always risks related to providing personal data (whether provided directly, by phone, internet, or other technical means) and no technical system is absolutely secure or can prevent all “hackers” and “tamperers” (unauthorized intruders who search for information), Bizfly Cloud always strives to implement appropriate security measures for each type of information to prevent and minimize potential risks when customers use the Bizfly Cloud system.

To secure and protect information integrity and ensure system network smoothness, Bizfly Cloud will store personal information including: email, phone number, password, service access information of customers in a secure encrypted format, and only Bizfly Cloud’s authorized staff members have access to this information.

Bizfly Cloud will not provide customers’ personal information to anyone, except:

• Requests from law enforcement agencies or competent regulatory authorities
• Third parties representing Bizfly Cloud performing payment services with commitment to protect customers’ personal information.
