At Bizfly Cloud, we always prioritize the protection of customer data. To achieve this, we provide the necessary technical measures, operational procedures, and contractual agreements to protect customer data.

With Bizfly Cloud, customers can also manage their data privacy, control how their data is used, and who has access to that data. We provide these features with the most flexible and secure cloud computing environment available today.

Data control

Customers actively control their data storage location, and access permissions to their data based on the services and utilities that Bizfly Cloud provides.

The Bizfly Cloud Identity and Access Management - IAM tool allows customers to manage access rights to services and resources on Bizfly Cloud.

Bizfly Key Management Service enables customers to create and manage encryption keys securely.

The Application Credential feature allows customers to control authentication information used for connections from applications to services on Bizfly Cloud.

Data privacy

Bizfly Cloud only processes data - which is the data customers declare with Bizfly Cloud - with customer consent. We do not share customer data with third parties, except for requests from authorized parties, as described in the “Terms of use” and “Privacy policy”.

Demonstrating compliance with strict international standards, Bizfly Cloud has achieved ISO 27001 certification for information security management and ISO 27017 certification for information security management specifically for cloud service providers.
