Why haven’t I received the server login information email from Bizfly Cloud?

Please check carefully in your mailbox’s spam folder. If you still don’t see the email, please reset the server password through the dashboard interface.

Want to reinstall the operating system for your Bizfly Cloud server?

Bizfly Cloud supports users with the Rebuild OS feature. This feature allows users to switch to a different operating system while maintaining information about IP address, Hostname, and configuration.

Please refer to the guide at: https://docs.bizflycloud.vn/cloud_server/howtos/rebuild_os/

Are stopped Cloud Servers still charged?

Yes. The system still reserves resources for shutdown Bizfly Cloud servers, so they are still charged as normal. If you don’t want to be charged, you must delete the cloud server. If you want to keep the resources on the system, you can retain the root disk. When you need to use the server, it only takes a few minutes to reinitialize. In this case, we only charge for the disk you keep on our system.

Does Bizfly Cloud provide console access to servers?

Yes. You can click the Console button on the server management page to access the server. Note that you need to set a password to log in to the server.

Are Bizfly Cloud Servers backed up?

Customers can actively perform data backups using the backup feature we provide. Please refer to https://docs.bizflycloud.vn/cloud_server/howtos/manage_backup/

IPv6 Support?

Currently, Bizfly Cloud provides services on both IPv4 and IPv6 platforms.

Does Bizfly Cloud Server support multiple IPv4 addresses?

Yes. By default, cloud servers support 1 IPv4 on one network interface (network card). If you want to assign additional IPs, please send an email to support@bizflycloud.vn, and we will provide you with additional IPs. The cost for additional IP is: 110,000 VND/IP (Including VAT)

Do Cloud Servers have swap?

By default, all Bizfly Cloud Servers on Bizfly Cloud use swap at the Storage layer. Through research and usage experience, Bizfly Cloud finds that not using swap on Bizfly Cloud servers works better. If your server lacks RAM, actively increase the configuration to achieve the best performance.

What virtualization technology does Bizfly Cloud use?

The virtualization technology we use is Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kernel-based_Virtual_Machine).

Why can’t I see the additional volume in the server after attaching it?

When resizing (changing configuration) of the server, the server will automatically restart to update the new configuration.

Can volume types be converted from SSD to HDD or vice versa?

Currently, Bizfly Cloud does “NOT” support conversion between the 2 volume types; you need to create a new volume and actively transfer data to this new volume.
