Yes. SSL Certificates are stored in an encrypted storage system, accessible only to users who own them.
Does Bizfly Load Balancer support L7 Policy? What actions are supported for an L7 Policy?
Yes. Supported Actions include: Redirect to URL, Redirect to Server Group, Redirect Prefix, Reject.
When a Load Balancer shows an Unhealthy status, what’s the cause?
All servers in the Server Group have failed and cannot receive requests from users.
Can external servers (not on BizflyCloud’s system) be added to the Load Balancer?
Yes, when using an external Load Balancer, you can add external servers to it.
Does Bizfly charge for SSL Certificate storage?
Users get free storage for 100 SSL Certificates. For additional storage, please contact support@bizflycloud.vn for assistance.
How is the data transfer usage of a Load Balancer calculated?
A Load Balancer’s usage is calculated based on the traffic from the Load Balancer to external Internet users. Traffic from users to the Load Balancer and from the Load Balancer to BizflyCloud system servers is not charged.
What is the maximum number of Listeners that can be created on a Load Balancer, and what port range can be used?
You can create up to 20 Listeners on a Load Balancer. Ports on a listener can range from 1 to 65535.
