Balance
  • Also known as Payment Account.
  • Functions like an e-wallet in the system.
  • Contains balance from deposit transactions and bill payments.
Main Balance
  • Customer’s real money account on the Billing system.
  • Contains balance from actual money deposits through the payment gateway.
Promotional Balance
  • Customer’s promotional money accounts on the Billing system.
  • Money from promotional offers will be added here.
General Promotional Balance
  • A promotional balance that can be used to pay for all services.
Service-Specific Promotional Balance
  • A promotional balance used exclusively for payment of specific services.
  • Each service has its own service-specific promotional balance.
Billing
  • Bizfly Cloud’s charging system.
Dashboard
Service
  • Abbreviation for cloud computing service.
  • Services running on the cloud computing platform.
Service Suspension
  • Customer will have limited operations on the dashboard.
  • Resources of suspended services will be in a stopped state.
Bizfly Anti DDoS Service
  • A superior solution for protecting enterprise applications and websites against denial of service attacks.
Bizfly Business Email Service
  • An email hosting system built on Bizfly Cloud’s cloud computing platform, capable of sending and receiving large volumes of emails quickly and securely.
Bizfly Call Center Service
  • A comprehensive call center solution for businesses.
Bizfly CDN Service
  • A neutral content distribution computer program (or system) used to establish and distribute data transmission services to end users with high performance.
Bizfly Cloud Database Service
  • A service allowing creation of databases for storing and reading/writing data for Internet-based applications.
Bizfly Cloud Server Service
  • A service providing virtual servers on the cloud computing platform.
Bizfly Container Registry Service
  • A system allowing easy storage, management, and distribution of Docker Images.
Bizfly Drive Service

Bizfly Load Balancer Service
  • A load balancing system ensuring system availability and stability.
Bizfly Cloud VoD Service
  • A comprehensive video storage and transmission solution, helping customers quickly deploy VOD features on their websites or mobile applications.
Bizfly VPN Site to Site Service
  • A service connecting network systems in different locations.
Bizfly Simple Storage Service
  • An object-based storage service (Object Storage).
Bizfly Watcher Service
  • A service allowing users to set up alerts for Cloud Server resources, Auto Scaling Groups, and more.
Payment Due Date
  • The date when an invoice expires for payment.
Invoice
  • Statement of service usage fees for customers during the billing period.
Customer
  • A user who has successfully registered an account on the Bizfly Cloud system.
Prepaid Customer
  • Customers who need to pay in advance (sufficient funds in Balances) before using services.
  • Invoices are created and paid from Balance immediately after resource creation, containing usage charges from the current time until the end of the billing period.
Postpaid Customer
  • Customers who use services first and pay later on the invoice date.
  • Invoices are generated on the invoice date.
  • Invoices contain usage charges from the previous billing period.
Billing Period
  • Also known as invoice period.
  • The cycle for calculating service usage fees.
Invoice Date
  • The first day of the month.
Resource
  • Abbreviation for cloud computing resource.
  • IT resources generated during cloud computing system operations.
Uptime
  • A unit measuring system availability and responsiveness.
Service Deletion
  • All customer resources will be completely removed.
