WAF
WAF (Web application firewall) is a firewall system that monitors information transmitted over the HTTP/HTTPS protocols between a user’s browser and a web server.
Bizfly WAF is an automated WAF system securing websites against HTTP/HTTPS attacks. It employs Bizfly Cloud’s built-in rule sets for web application security, prioritizing the top 10 OWASP risks, and allows custom rule creation for user-specific requirements.
How Bizfly WAF Works
-
Users send HTTP/HTTPS requests to the WAF
-
The WAF will analyze the packet and make a decision according to the rule set the user has applied
-
If the request is valid, it will be allowed to pass through to the destination server
-
If the request is invalid, the action of the used rule will take effect
Bizfly WAF Features
